Standard Shipping - Usually 3 - 5 business days delivery time.
Orders in domestic U.S. qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in the continental USA.
Express Shipping Costs:
Express Shipping - Usually delivered within 1 - 2 business days.
Add $20 for Express Shipping anywhere in the continental US.
Canada and International Shipping:
Canada - Usually delivered within 2 - 3 business days. US$30 for the first item, plus $10 for each additional item.
International shipping - Usually delivered within 2 - 3 business days. $40 for the first item, plus $10 for each additional item.
Customer is responsible for all additional delivery costs including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by local customs for any delivery outside of the USA.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on mcwigs.com and thewigrip.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 5 days of ship date. Returns must be authorized by emailing sales@MCwigs.com, or by calling our customer service department at 1-888-645-2663. All items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. Returned items should be mailed or shipped utilizing a reputable carrier with tracking information.
Milano Collection assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during transit.
Any odor on your returned item will render it ineligible for return or exchange, or it may be subject to a $55 restocking fee. Milano Collection shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable. Please allow 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed from the time it is received by Milano.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Custom orders, special orders, flash sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Wigs purchased from the Milano Precut Gallery, or cut/colored by a Milano Stylist may be returned. Charges for cut and color services are non-refundable.
In Stock Policy
If your item is not in stock you will be notified by phone or email within 1 business day of placing your order. You will have the option of choosing another in-stock wig, or waiting 10-12 weeks to receive your order. If your item is not in stock you may choose to cancel your order within 48 hours after being notified.
